About FOODCONF 2021

The Annual conference on Food Science and Technology is going to be held for the first time in Melbourne, Australia on July 12-14, 2021. The FOODCONF 2021 is open to all the participants throughout the world focusing on Food Science research. The FOODCONF 2021 is an all-encompassing perspective on the nourishment part and features to bring about the learning and networking experience to enhance the career opportunities.

The aim of FOODCONF 2021 is to bring together the members from around the world focused on learning about Food Science and its advances and we welcome everyone to discuss the current research and trends in the biggest conference on the Food Science and research.

Melbourne is the capital city of Victoria, and Australia's second-biggest city. Greater Melbourne's region of roughly 9992.5 km2 and has a population of around 4.5 million. The rural areas spread in excess of 40 km toward the south, 30 km toward the east, 20km toward the north and spread crosswise over huge, level basalt fields toward the west.

Melbourne have a pleased history of cultural diversity – we’re made up of many different people from all kinds of cultures and all ages. We’re inclusive, progressive and respectful of people’s differences. The official language spoken in Melbourne is English, but more than 100 languages are spoken by Melbourne residents including Mandarin, Italian, Greek, Cantonese, Arabic and Vietnamese.
